Virtual Doula Services Package

Due to COVID-19 public health concerns and changing hospital policies, Lifted is proud to offer virtual doula services to expectant families. Pregnant and birthing women and their partners need the support of doula care even more so during this time. Virtual doula services provide connection and resources to build your confidence and nurture your intuition.

Even in times of uncertainty, the birth of a baby brings light into the world. You deserve a birth experience that is joyful and empowering.

• Phone and email support at any time

• Resources and referrals throughout my length of services

• Three prenatal video calls to explore your preferences and prepare for labor, including partner practice

• 24 hour on-call support beginning at 38 weeks

• Continuous labor support from the time you call me until your baby is born, assisting with early breastfeeding if desired

• One postpartum video call to check on your family, review the birth and assist you with any questions or concerns
