Birth Doula Services Package — $2250

Your body is a birthing wonder! My passion for birth and the motherhood experience are the foundation of my support services. I want to help you make confident, informed choices that nurture your own intuition. You deserve a birth experience that is joyful and empowering. I proudly support growing families in Sonoma and Marin counties choosing to birth at home, hospital or birth center.

This package includes:

• A complimentary initial consultation

• Phone and email support at any time

• Resources and referrals throughout my length of services

• A prearranged backup doula

• 2-3 prenatal visits to explore your birth preferences and prepare for labor, postpartum and breastfeeding

• 24 hour on-call support beginning at 38 weeks, until your baby is born

• Continuous labor support from my arrival until you are settled in with your new baby

• 2 postpartum visits:

  • 1 breastfeeding support visit in the first week 

  • 1 wrap-up visit to check on your family's transition and review the birth
     

The birth of a baby is also a life-changing event for your partner and I want them to have a positive experience, too! I support your partner's experience by building confidence—to provide helpful comfort measures and make informed decisions—and by taking some of the pressure off by working together as a team throughout labor.
